I am a iphone 7 user and i have been facing certain battery related issues for a week now. To get the issue resolved i took my phone to b2x service solutions india private limited, f-25 1st floor, preet vihar, new delhi-110092.
My phone was diagnosed by a lady sitting at one of the counters and she told that there is no software problem in the phone and they might need to check for hardware related problems and then she passed my phone to a lady sitting at the next counter, ms. Priyanka pawar.
She told me that my phone has got dents (Slight dent, just a kind of discoloration) on top corners and for the same reason it might not get covered under warranty, for that purpose they need to follow either of the two steps: 1. They can send my phone to bangalore, if the phone will not be eligible for warranty, they will return my phone back in 24-48 hours and will charge me rs.2500. 2. They can get my phone tested at the service center by their technician to see if the phone will be eligible for warranty or not.
I opted for the second option. When she took my phone she told me about the dents to which i agreed, and then she asked me to remove the phone cover and screen protector. On asking the reason, i was told that they need to press the phone to check it. I was okay with it and gave my phone for technical check.
When they brought back the phone the phone was bent from the top right side and upper ride side of the screen was coming out of the frame.
The service staff while checking damaged the phone.
When i asked for a copy of cctv recording of the esd compliant area, they denied.
When i reported the issue, they told that the phone was given in the same condition and raised a service report mentioning the same damages.
I refused to accept the service report in which the physical damages (Bend) were mentioned, so i wrote a remark on the report mentioning that the bend was caused after the service provider took my phone inside the room allotted for technical check. They also knew that the fault was on their end and hence acknowledged the remark after i wrote a complaint in their complaint register.

They had also hurriedly generated a delivery report so that they can get away with their mistake, so i had to put the similar remark on that. Copy of the same, acknowledged by service provider and undersigned attached (Annexure-3)
Please note that
• my phone was not bent before submission at service center for “technical check”. Screen was not protruding out of the phone body before the “technical check”. Screen was not loose, physically damaged not getting pressed before the “technical check”.
• the staff was highly rude and were misbehaving after their mistake and were in denial of the damages caused by them
• no action has been taken on my phone and i had to return back with the damaged phone even though they caused the damages.
• because of the damages caused by them, my phone has been taken off from warranty and i cannot even get it repaired under warranty.
• there were three other customers at the service center reporting similar issues, so my best guess is this is their normal habit.

In the view of above i want the service provider to get my phone replaced or to pay the amount equivalent to the rate of the same model as the 1. Damage has been caused by them and 2. Battery is still draining out.
