I want to complain about the police men who has done unauthorized construction on our locality road i. E. Main nasirpur road durga park. The person did the construction just for the purpose to park his car there. Due to this jams are often there on the roads. Also there is a massive pool if water here due to this construction. Today also a car was passing by and was about to turn upside down but by god's grace the driver managed to save himself. No body takes action just because of the fear of his uniform. Hope you take immideate action and prove to people that law is same for everyone

There is a restaurant named smoksha in aggrarwal tower in nsp delhi. This restaurant serving hookah with food which is ban please check it to stop this activity which is very harmful for youth. They are making huge profits by this even they msg to customers with exciting hookah offer.
Plz chk it and take necessary action as early as possible. Even now it open from 11 am to 11pm.
Even there are so many restaurants and lounges in rajouri garden area also which are doing same thing. Plz take necessary action against all of these.

Today on 25/08/2017 at around 8 am in morning when i was to go to my office from my residential address "9a, gali no-02, east guru angad nagar, preetvihar, new delhi" i found my bike was not there is my parking i searched my bike nearby but it was not there, then i reached to preet vihar p. S immediately. There od officer told me that wait for constable who is incharge of your area.
I called 100 helpline and they told me that i inform concerned police station and your complaint wii be registered.
Around 10 am a constable named satveer came and told me server is not working and i can not register you fir they only signed on my application and didn't give me fir no.
I need fir copy so that i can produce it to my insurance company before 24 hr.

I share my company register document with USA person MR. Manjit singh because he want to work with me, I shared my company registered documents because he asked from me to give that document so we will start the work together is USA, and we will support each other in USA and India, but after sending my register documents, he stopped working with me because he only need the documents to do some fraud.

So, In future if he do and fraud with the documents or some thing i am not responsible for that, and i will take the legal action and he will bear the legal cost.

I would like to complaint about the io prabahat malik my scooty got stolen on 17aug from m2k rohini i filed a fir against it but as per prabhat malik io theire cameras are not working so they can not see the cctv footage i mean are they serious about their work or taking salary free of cost their cameras are not working what a joke... Its been more then 5 days we have not hear anythin from them...

Since may 22nd 2017, i was contacted by a person called sneha from www.naukri.com and offered me a paid job service promising me interview opportunities in hdfc bank ltd. I was asked to make payment of rs. 2000 for the registration service and i was promised that this will be one time registration charge. After that another few other people kept calling and said there are certain procedures and have to pay fees for the same online and literally forced me to make payments for their other services and told that registration will not be done if i dont pay and the job was guaranteed. Even recd offer letters regarding the job. I have paid around rs. 1.50 lacs for the procedures also was given address for interview hdfc bank, address karol bagh opposite metro station pillar no. 204.
Every time as the interview date used to near they used to postponed the same. Giving diferent excuses.
It was clear violation of the promise and i immediately asked for refund and submitted refund form 9 days ago as per their instruction.

After that they are not communicating properly and not arranging the call back and not doing anything for refund. They are not ready to give a date for the refund too.

This is clearly a case of false promise and cheating as they collected the amount and did not provide any service. I have mail details for all the communications and the payment invoice.

I want to make sure other people are not getting trapped with this company and request you to have an inquiry on this issue. I am attaching all the details with this complaint.

I was called by some person claiming to be from sbi. He said that my atm card is not active right now. And i knew this so it was only confirmed. So he asked whether i want to get it active or not. So he asked me for some details. I was afraid but i gave. Then after a while he said he will have to get my otp so that he can help me.. Then when i reached atm to check balance. It was rs 40 while earlier it was rs 380. Also one or two of the otps were for a transaction for ola money of 200 rs. Please help me in this regard and let me know my current balance. The no. This is story of false commitment by metis marketing services pvt ltd associated with exide life insurance advisor (Advisor code[protected], on that basis i would like to complaint that i have been cheated from both exide life insurance and metis marketing services pvt ltd (Aditya and amit singaniya, mobile no.[protected] and [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] and [protected]).
I received call from number [protected] telling herself that she is calling from exide life insurance head office and given totally wrong information and wrong advantages of policy. This is a group of cheaters who are behaving like as true life insurance company on call. When i ask about benefits to exide life insurance company they told they will not give benefits and i loss my money there.
This is complaint regarding policy no.03461725 and 03558878 in which a call came from exide life insurance office as per their conversation and explained policy plan alongwith the medical benefits and they force the plan is good and beneficiary for us it is containing medical benefits for full family of 5 persons alongwith policyholder 2 children and spouse and parents also and if we accept their proposal same day they will remembrance rs. 10, 000/- to us if we except proposal of rs.25, 000/- premium annually than only. Than i accept the proposal same day he sent a person came to my office and filled the proposal form but form was filled by that person who came to my office only the signature was my and a cheque of rs.25, 000/- and a cancelled cheque was given alongwith the my id aardhar card and proposal form.

My agent name is aditya whose phone number is [protected] and [protected]. He told me to say yes yes when an enquiry call made by exide life insurance he take me in his confidence that everything is alright and not to worry only i have to say yes whatever they verify with us.

Thereafter a policy received by registered ad 57610412 dated 12/01/2017 in which nominee's father's name was wrong for which i already intimated my agent and email to exide life insurance customer care and application also attached with my email. And time to time i inquired by you.

But no action take till date. And till date i had not received by medical cards. For these i already inform aditya agent but he always firstly ignore my call and if he picks then he say my medical card is to be reached soon and medical card was posted to my address and the packet was undelivered because their was nobody in premises or premises was locked. These type of excuses he is giving till date.

A call made by aditya saying that if you refer anyone you will getting rs.10, 000/- as bonus then i refer my brother and proposal was accepted vide policy no.03466214 by his’s wife namely archana saini.

In between a phone call came from exide life insurance said mentioning that my agent aditya have told me that their is bonus on my policy whose amount of rs.1, 20, 000/- which he not told me and then a call made by aditya again and again same day to many times saying that please save my job, my licence will be terminate for 3 years if you say i have not inform regarding above mentioned bonus for claiming this amount i have to make another policy which i referred my wife's name and he tried to many time to her and then she also accept proposal only for his licence which he again again giving excuses for termination of licence. A another policy was made in three parts rs.40, 000/- each which was linked one and another which was jointly proposal as told by aditya and same as he told to me he also said to my wife to say yes yes in verification call and another two clients name were told to her and payments of rs.1, 20, 000/- made towards it. Aditya also said if she will take policy of rs.1, 20, 000/- and when i would get bonus he will cancelled within time that policy which is 03558878.

One day a phone call came from aditya saying that all clients data is leaked and hacked by somebody if anybody make quires don't share any information. After two days a call came from regarding quires which i ignored and my wife call at your helpline number and intimated everything to them and a phone number was noted by exide life insurance customer care service.

Then after adviser and agent nobody is responding and i am getting harassed by them daily making phone call to them. One day suddely aditya called me and gave me dolphin courier no.[protected] with pod no. E20100105in saying that my medical cards with documents are coming by said courier some enquiry will also come from exide life insurance company regarding medical policy.

Now, i am in doubt case why my agent is not responding me and my medical card is not delivered to me till date then i made a call to helpline number thereafter i am shocked i was misguided by aditya who is agent and under shocked after knowing all facts and terms of policy i am making this complaint.

Therefore, my request is to please cancelled by policy and my wife also which was made by cheating.

I approached exide life insurance, however they have just taken my complaint and is not taking any action on it saying that i had already done complaint by email and my problem is resolved which was not correct. I and my wife filed written complaint in exide life insurance, kirti nagar centre, delhi and he convince me that i and my wife (My wife 95%) get money back and would take appropriate action against agents. But at kirti nagar branch of exide life insurance i came to know that my policy was not done by agent of exide life insurance but done by broker of metis marketing services pvt ltd detail mentioned above. I researched a bit about these kinds of scams on internet and found out that, above agents’s calls from metis marketing services, situated in delhi. These agent will assured me for all medical benefits (Because it was medical policy) will provided and also assured to cancel policy of my wife afterwards and give the refund in my wife’s account after receiving bonus amount in my account, however once the policy is sold, they will stop attending my and my wife’s and my brother’s call and we are gone. There is a tie-up between exide life insurance and metis marketing services and together they are cheating their customers. I am not sure now whether i will get my policies cancelled and get my refund but as a responsible citizen of this country, i want to make a complaint against exide life insurance and metis marketing services pvt. Ltd. And to take strict actions on these and save me and other citizens of this country from them.
I aslo said by customer care executive that i can cancel the policy via telephonic. I also wrote several emails to all started from 3th july 2017 as well but did not get even solution or reply. I have attached all that emails herewith the complaint.
I somehow late to cancel the policy as i was made confused by advisor, agent by saying that medical card of my and my family is coming separately through dolpin courier.
However, i phoned customer care regarding enquiry of my medical cards then only i came to know that my policy is not medical policy it was shocked new for me.
I emailed to all the department on the issues but still no solution except sms message received and email that my and my wife problem is resolved which is totally wrong.
Please consider this case on urgent basis and take strict action against the said agents and cancel my policy no.03461725 and 03558878 on the basis of false commitment and cheating case as i do not want to continue with this policy.

Today morning i was standing @ mahipalpur redlight & there were 2 cobs standing on the signal. 1 cob passed beside me & another cob started harassing me. He started clicking pics of my car & then demanded for my licence with no reason.. He was very arrogant with me & have threatened me that he will send challan @ my residence.
