Sir आपका ध्यान इस और दिलाना चाह रहा की CP साहब ने थानो मे जो ज्यादा से ज्यादा स्टाफ भेजने की पहल की है वह बहुत ही आच्छा कदम है लेकिन इबजा जीतने भी तबादले डीसीपी ऑफिस रोहिणी मै तैनात स्टाफ के हो रहे वे कुछ ना कुछ बहाना बना कर अभी भी अपनी पुरानी तैनाती पर ही नोकरी कर रहे या कुछ ने पहले ही SIP/HAE से अपनी जान पहचान का हवाला देकर एक ब्रांच से दूसरी ब्रांच मे तबादला करवा लिया ताकि आपके सामने ये बता सके की इन्हे तो ऑफिस मे आए अभी बहुत ही कम वक्त हो रहा इसके अलावा जो भी तबादले हुये है उनमे भी कुछ कोई ना कोई बहाना बना कर वही की वही टीक रहे जैसे :- (1) SI प्रवीण, 1819-D जो की 2012 से 2021 जुलाई करीब 10 साल तक ACP/HQ/RD ऑफिस मे तैनात रहे और अब ACP/PG/RD ऑफिस मे तबादला करा लिया (2) HC मनोज शर्मा 1139/RD जो 2014 से जुलाई 2021 तक करीब 7 साल ACP/PG/RD ऑफिस मे रहे अब अपना तबादला ACP/HQ/RD ऑफिस मे करवा लिया यानि उपरोक्त दोनों ने Sr। officer की आंखो मे धूल झोक कर व SIP/HAE से मिलकर आपस मे अपना तबादले करवा लिए ताकि उन्हे AC छोड़ कर बाहर थानो मे नोकरी ना करनी पड़े। (3) W/HC पंकज 553/RD जो फरवरी 2017 से सितम्बर 2021 यानि करीब 5 साल से ACP/PG/RD मे तैनात रही अब अपना तबादला HAC ब्रांच रोहिणी जिला मे करवा लिया। इसके बाद भी अभी तक HC/मनोज शर्मा व W/HC पंकज अपनी पुरानी तैनाती पर ही नोकरी कर रहे है। यानि रिलीव नहीं हुये है ऐसा क्या कारण है जो इनके बिना ऑफिस नहीं चल सकता जबकि उसके बाद SI पुरषोतम का तबादला ACP/PG/RD ऑफिस से साउथ रोहिणी थाने का हुआ तो उन्हे तभी 2 दिन के भीतर रिलीव कर दिया गया। इबजा आप इस बाद की जांच करवाए की ये ऐसा क्या जरूरी काम कर रहे की इनका तबादला तो Sr. officer कर देते है लेकिन वे रिलीव नहीं होते। इसके पीछे corruption का खेल है तथा आप इनकी कॉल डीटेल निकलवाकर चेक कर सकते है ये कितने बजे ऑफिस ऑफिस आते है तथा कितने बजे जाते है इसके आलवा सारा दिन कहा रहते यानि खुल्ले आम sr officer की आखो मे धूल झोकी जा रही । आपने प्रार्थना है की ऐसों को जरूर थाने मे भेजा जाए

I got massage from kissht . And they told like give you money from instant installment loan after asking pan, aadhar and bank details also after once done . Their sent your not eligible for this loan . I given all the details . I think this fake id may be.

I raise this complaint, due to on 4th September, I visited Delhi at Bhagirath palace market, opposite Red Fort. I went for a market and park my vehicle over there, When I came back at that point, I found that my vehicle was missing. After searching a lot, someone told my might be your vehicle tow by police. I reached at Shanti van, there were 2 police guy, I asked him why this vehicle is there, because when I park my vehicle over there, he told me that your vehicle was parked in no parking area then i said there were no information about no parking, even many more vehicle already stands there before I reached there, as well as there are so many vehicle parked on road, where parking is not allowed as well as as the sign board of no parking is also there with warning, then i want to know why the towing van police guy not towing that vehicle, I want to know is police is for public help or for disturbing. Due to this when I reached at shanti van, the police guy asked me for a bribe, I told him, sir I don't have money right now, please forgive me, then he said show your RC and Licence and fill your challan, I requested them again and again, after that there was police guy without any star, asked me give as 200 rs for towing van and also asked we will not charged anything, we understand your problem, I said ok sir. Then I arranged money for Crain, and then he give me a challan slip, in which Challan amount mentioned 0, The 1 star officer said, you don't have to pay any other charges, this a police language, you can go and enjoy. Due to towing my vehicle there was so much damage, like broke my mudguard, handle is misbalanced, as well as leg guard also bend. I need to know if I pay to government, then who will pay me for my bike repairing. I request to Delhi police authority as well as Delhi government please update me who will bear my vehicle losses.

Car no. HR26CJ0321 today is rash driving and abruptly chaging lanes. He has also hit my car at the bumper and rushed away. His driving is very insane and needs councelling. Penalty has to be levied.

I am residing in khanpur, devli village, the traffic lights on the Mehrauli Badarpur Road near State Bank of India, Block J Gurudwara Road, Saket are out of order since last year . Neither traffic police care to repair the traffic lights . It has become highly accident prone area . It' s really dangerous for people like us who used to use road for crossing, kids, elders and senior citizens . In peak hours it's become really dangerous to cross the road .
So, kindly take the early action, so that accident can be avoided, because all the traffic moving from Saket Metro Station to BRT road disturb the road very much

Subject: Fraud of Rs 68000/ happened with respect to supplying domestic help through Mr Sunny service providerof Kanak Miad Bureau and his gang.

Dear Sir,
I would like to inform you that we hired domestic help named Ms. Sweeta kumara, Adhaar Number[protected] through Mr. Sunny service provider contact no [protected] of Kanak maid bureau address H.No. 3, Galli No 5, dakshin Puri, near virat cinema hall, New delhi, 110062 as mentioned in business card and papers copy attached (Anx.1). We found the contact number of Mr. Sunny Kumar service provider of kanak maid bureau through internet/ online.
He had sent us two profiles, and among those we selected Ms Sweeta kumari via whats’ app. As per communication, we booked the ticket of Sweeta kumari (hired maid) and Mrs. Geeta kumari (Office staff of Kanak maid bureau) from Hazrat Nizamudin Delhi to Managlore. copy attached (Anx.2). My husband is working as Deupty Secretary in VOC Port Trust tuticorin under Ministry of Shipping Govt of India. Two months back he got transferred from New Mangalore Port Trust Mangalore to Voc Port Trust Tuticorin Tamilnadu. Due to language constraint, we hired this maid for domestic help as we both are working. As my husband shifted to VOC Port Tamilnadu two months back, so on 17 July 2021, we three (Me, Son and husband) planned to ours domestic shifting to VOC port Tuticorin.
As discussed with Mr Sunny Kumar service providerof Kanak Maid Bureau, we booked their tickets and they started their journey on 10july 2021 from Hazrat nizamudin and reached on Managlore 12 july 2021. Sweeta kumari along with her office staff of Kanak Maid Bureau Mrs Geeta kumari reached our home at Mangalore. As per our communication, Mrs. Geeta kumari gave us agreement paper and receipt of 68 thousand rupees and they forced us to give 68 thousand rupees in CASH only and as we had sweeta kumari reached our home and we found that the deal is satisfactory so we gave sixty eight thousand in cash to Mrs Geeta. By same day 12 july Mrs Geeta kumari had left to Delhi from Managlore. Sweeta kumari started domestic work and working fine and She continued her services till 14 july 2021. On 15 july 2021, when we woke up in the morning Ms. Sweeta kumari was not at home, she left our home early morning. Immediately we informed telephonically Mr. Sunny about sweeta kumari and he assured us, he will provide replacement of her. We did not get any replacement and reply from his side. On 17/07/2021 he talked to us and threatens if we will contact to police and any other authority, they will kill us and make legal cases against us.
Sir, we are so scared, we never see all this in our life, its seems we were trapped and fraud of sixty thousand rupees by Mr. Sunny and his gang Mrs Geeta and Sweeta kumara. They contact us via mobile number [protected], [protected] and [protected].
I request to your high office Sir, Please investigate this matters personally and catch this gang who’s made fraud with innocent people and refund ours money Rs 68000 from them. We will corporate and assistant with police in every step of investigation.

I got e-challan no. 42886200 for vehicle. However the vehicle in the photo is not mine as my vehicle is Jeep Compass whereas the vehicle is in the evidence some other as the challan time is 10 PM the vehicle make is not clearly visible.

Shaheen Bagh, Thokar no 6 is full of car parking and bike repairing shops. They block the road and it creates a long traffic jam.

I got an SMS from phone number [protected] towards KYC details and regarding payment of MTNL dues. Today 12th July 2021 forenoon, while I was making the payment of rupees 13.90 initially through citi bank credit card, I was told that it has not gone through and use another card. Thereafter I used UCO bank credit card which also the caller said has not gone through. Thereafter I used my SBI online account. Thereafter I was asked to go through some apps for updating the KYC.

The caller was unnecessarily delaying me from confirming the details so I became suspicious and disconnected the call. Thereafter to my utter shock I found messages for various transactions which have not been done by me. The details are as under.

From my Savings Account in SBI, IP Extension Branch with Account No. [protected]. There have been two fraudulent transactions today (12th July, 2021) viz. Rs.25, 000 and Rs.20, 000.
Meanwhile I have blocked my online account. In fact, I do not have SBI Yono app.; nor do I have an ATM card from my SBI account.

The message received by me states that there has been Yono cash withdrawal (Ref. No. 961591) and Rs.20, 000/- and another transaction of Rs.25, 000 (IMPS Ref No.[protected].

Similarly in Citibank credit card [protected], four fraudulent transactions totaling about one lakh have been made as confirmed from citibank. In fact I have received only one message for a transaction at mobikwik for Rs 27, 457.38

Likewise, from my UCO bank Debit card Number [protected] a sum of Rs 16, 600 has been withdrawn.

Thereafter, when we contacted the number claimed to be MTNL customer care, nobody picked up the phone. I have already blocked my citibank card and SBI account and also informed them of the fraudulent transactions. UCO bank supreme court branch has informed that only with police complaint they will look into the matter.

These transactions were not done by me. Hence I am disputing the same. Kindly investigate these fraudulent transactions and help me in getting refund of the amounts from the banks concerned.

I met with a financial fraud of amount INR 40000.00 through my city bank credit card (Oct.17, 2019). I lodge a complain in Nov. 2019, complaint subject is the FIR number in police department record (Jan 03, 2020). I approached everywhere including bank, police station cyber crime now more than one and half year not step raised by police department. They have to write one letter to the bank as demanded by bank; since then they were not able to do it and as a result no progress in my case ever.
Please assist me on this to get my hard earned money back to me.

Walia) who is the owner of a Restaurant i.e. Changezi Chicken, and the said person encroached the Road by keeping Barricaders on the Road by doing setting with the Traffic Police official i.e. BHANU PRATAP, due to which the Passerbys are facing acute hardships to pass the Road and Harpreet Walia is also involved in the activity to allow parking to the customer out side of the Restuarant i.e. On The Footpath of the Road and also serve food/chicken in the Cars/vehicle and the said kind of customer often use to booze and sometimes the said customer also involve in molestation to the ladies who use the Road.


2. That with doing setting with the said Traffic police official i.e. BHANU PRATAP, Mr. Harpreet Walia also diverts the Road to take advantage of doing parking for the customers of the said restaurant.


It is prayed before the office of your goodself that kindly take stern action on the said Owner and said traffic police officer and investigate the same wholly/thoroughly and please search the Cell phone Tower Location after evening and call details record of both the persons (bcz Walia and police officer are very close frnd )Transfer the said Traffic police inspector to any other place in the interest of justice.

2. That on complaining about all those unnecessary / illegal / filthy activities to the police official namely Rajesh Malhotra, then he said to me that there is no these kind of activities running on the location informed by me.

That I tried to request to the said police official and informed him to visit the said location after 9 pm and then said police official instead of considering facts and circumstance, he threatened me that he was being S. O. of Bagde of Special Commissioner Rajesh Khurana, IPS, 1994, and the same person transferred me here upto 3 years and you cannot do any thing.


It is prayed before the office of your goodself that kindly take stern action on the said Owner and investigate the same wholly/thoroughly and Transfer the said police inspector to any other place in the interest of justice.

I have registered two FIRs for stolen mobile (mine and my son's) on 30.April.2021.
