Sir, I had cancelled my admission last year from Miranda House, Delhi University and I still have not get my fees refunded. It has been months and I am very upset.

I had applied for The cancellation for my admission in Miranda house College on 7th January, 2020. I have also paid the cancellation charges, one thousand rupees. Its been months but I haven't received any response from the university. It is my humble request, please review my cancellation request regarding the issue. I'll be very relieved to get it done. The screenshot of payment receipt and cancellation in process are attached for the references. I'm really in deep distress last date was 10 jan and l have applied on 7 jan. So, my admission should be cancelled and admission fees should also be refunded. It's really heartbreaking. It's been months. I don't know this is whose fault, some technical fault or whatever. I don't know what to do whom to talk. I have already sent many mails to various mail id's and also phone calls. But everyone just suggest me to talk to someone else. No one is helping to solve my issue. Please help me. I also have to take admission in some other college and l will be able only when my fees is refunded. Please resolve my issue. I will be very obliged.

We are unable to trace the transaction details with the provided information. Request you to share the Citrus Transaction id along with the email id and mobile number used for processing the transaction to get the status checked.

• Citrus Transaction ID, Merchant ID and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.

My name is Harsh Bataan and I took admission in Kalindi College, east patel nagar in 2018 which is affiliated under your university. On 1st December 2020 I tried to submit the annual fees (for 3rd year) through net banking (payment done through EAZYPAY ICICI BANK) But there was some problem, the amount was debited from my account but I didn't got any acknowledgement for the same. Though on 8th December 2020, I tried again and submitted the amount successfully. I have already written to many prescribed email ids and even called up the university but no one gave me any information. The information that I received from my bank was that there is a case of double payment and I should reach out to the university itself. Now I request for refund of the double payment of the fees. I am therefore enclosing some information of the same and i hope for the refund of the amount as soon as possible.
