No delivery, no response, no proper tracking, cold behavior. The item was booked in bangalore on 18th August, 2022.
for last 5 days the tracking website shows pickup pending. Then on 23rd August the item was taken and there was some movement(for 5 days no movement). In tracking, it still says "in transit", with no exact location. I will have to change or reschedule my overseas travel plans due to this delay.
WHO WILL FOOT THE BILL? on top of it, the company has no arrangement to receive queries on phone. you will never find a single phone number of the company.
