[Resolved]  Delhivery — Lost Packet by Delivery Boy

Have you not even seen my ticket? Why did you closed it without checking on Delhivery panel? I had raised the ticket because my package, which the delivery boy had already picked up, had no updates for two days. When I called my nearby Delhivery office, they informed me that my package was kept at their office, and now it's missing. They either need to return my package or provide a refund. This resolution is unacceptable. The clothes in the package were expensive, and your service is so poor that my package got lost.
From November 2nd to November 18th, there has been no update on the whereabouts of my package.
Additionally, if I do not receive a satisfactory resolution, I will take serious action.
