One of my parcel from Pine&Lime #292f5a9227694e9f92814a39bf8449 Delhivery AWB #[protected] was supposed to be delivered on 12th Feb'2024, but the delivery agent didn't call and the order status was shown as "Customer is uncontactable/unreachable". I reattempted delivery request on Shiprocket for the next day. But again its showing the same status. The site tells me that I can update the phone number but doesnt let me to update it. So I wrote in the comments the alternate phone number to call. But again, there is no attempt made for call by the delivery agent- I dont even have the details about the agent because Delhivery doesnt share the agent phone number. Also Delhivery and Shiprocket's support call center phone numbers are of no use as they automatically get cut down.
I want my order to be delivered ASAP, as its causing me enough inconvenience.
