[Resolved]  Delhivery — Shipment status not updated

My awb[protected] has not been updated since 9th October. The original expected delivery date is on 16th Oct, but it has changed to 17th Oct. However till today i.e., 15th Oct the package status is - ‘Package arrived at Delhivery facility Guwahati’. It has been in Guwahati for 6 days now.

I have raised query many times from the app but the response is always the same - ‘Your shipment is on the right track’ and the query is not raised successfully. I mailed the customer service however i was asked to raise a query through the app, which i have been doing but has no effective result.
There’s no customer service to handle my problem. Please do the needful and update me the latest shipment status at the earliest.
