Delhivery — 3 of my parcels are stuck at Hyderabad warehouse since weeks

Hi,

Three of my parcels from the different platforms are stuck at the Hyderabad warehouse. The status is always showing as On Hold.
There is no customer care service number too on which we can contact with them. There is just an email on which I submitted complaint multiple times but no luck.
This is really very pathetic and stressful.
Request you to look into this matter urgently. Provided below are basic details and tracking info.
