Delhivery — Agent incorrectly said customer unavailable and didn't delivered the package

Hi, I have been tracking my order since 23rd Oct as it was supposed to be delivered by 24th oct'21.
On 24th, one of their delivery agent incorrectly marked order as customer unavailable and didn't delivered the package.

And since then I have been constantly mailing them that no one has contacted me yet.

It's been 3 days and everyday the order status changes to "Out for delivery" but doesn't reaches my home.

Request you to kindly take action against this lame service.
