I have sent myself a parcel from Indore to Hyderabad and booked a doorstep pickup with Delivery on 19th of April. The parcel was picked up on 20th reached Nagpur on 23rd and I could also check in tracking that it had reached Hyderabad city on 24th of April. Since then, I have received no updates about my order nor have I received any solid reply from Delivery customer care. The parcel was of high value to me and I trusted the Delhivery team to deliver the items on time and safely. I have also raised the issue on twitter apart from their support email, to gather their attention as they don’t have any customer care contact number but just an email.
I would like to raise this so that the same doesn’t happen to any other Delhivery customer. And hopefully get a refund on my shipping charges as well as get the parcel’s price back.
