Sir, I have been a loyal and active consumer of your courier since 2020 both shipments through different shopping apps and Delhivery direct shipment as well. It has hardly been a pleasure business since some of the employees are not quite diligent in their respective duties. I have been ordering a lot from the H&M website and I have sadly cancelled/rejected items due to their absence of cancel requests/cancel orders on the H&M website itself, and even if we contact the app customer service, they advise us to reject the order. However, some employees here in Bawngkawn (796012), Aizawl, show a whole lot of attitude towards their need to cancel items. And we have reduced the trouble a bit by me providing the AWB of the items I will be taking at night or early in the morning so that the employees won't be troubled to bring the items out just to cancel. It was a win-win situation where I inform them of the cancelled items and was ready to give them the cancelled OTP in the courier office itself.
Today( 18/10/2022) marks the climax of this ongoing thread and lack of cooperation. Due to health condition, the delivery boy in our arena was replaced by a new employee and she was quite rude to me. I intend to inform the orders I will be taking and both the employees I contacted told me she has left already/early. So I was patiently waiting for her, and she did give me a call very soon. Firstly, it was a home delivery policy (where we paid for shipping/delivery charges) she asked me to pick it up where it was convenient for her. Secondly, I told her I won't be claiming all and will cancel some, but just then she start showing attitude- hanging up the phone and rejecting my following calls more than 3times. Later on, she finally made it to my house where she dared to lecture me regarding my orders and threaten me that I will be blocked from the shopping website if I didn't take all the orders; which is impractical due to the shopping app policy of allowing customers to reject parcel at doors since they did not provide order cancel option. I was very disappointed by the attitude she was giving me and told the other employees that I will be complaining if I receive another such arrogant attitude.
This evening at around 7:19 pm, I received a message from a very good employee who usually delivers my items diligently, a forwarded message likely to be from the arena manager - saying that I will be blocked from the shopping app if I order items I might reject again. I am very disappointed in this attitude as a loyal customer for years. I hope you extremely take my situation as serious as I am writing right now since my business is very much dependent on your trustworthy courier, especially the direct delivery you provide.
