Delhivery — AWB [protected] faked as delivered

Delivery not done but marked as delivered. receiever found the delivery guy and he told that the item has been delivered to wrong person. then he refused to help them get it and started being rude. his pictures were captured and shared with delhivery on ticket id J[protected]. But delhivery has not taken any action. we keep getting an automated response saying that we are looking into it. There is no escalation even for a serious case of theft like this.
