Delhivery lost my shipment

Delhivery lost my shimpent which was worth 8k, how can one company be so careless?
Do they bear no responsibility? This is not at all acceptable and has caused a lot of trouble.

pickup of return item cancelled - tracking id: 14931212094050

I placed an order for the resonate WIfi UPS through amazon and the bridge cable was missing so amazon helped raise a return request on 5th May. The pick up does not show up on the amazon app as it shows as "Will be scheduled by carrier" which is Delhivery.
The item was supposed to be picked within 3 days as per amazon but nobody did until yesterday so I called amazon and they placed another request to pick up the item and asked me...

No update of my order

I placed an order on FreeUp and it was picked up by Delhivery under AWB number [protected]. Since the pickup, there have been no further tracking updates, and I haven’t received any response from either Delhivery or FreeUp customer support. I would like to know the current status of my parcel and when I can expect the delivery....

Urgent follow-up: delivery attempts marked as failed despite updated contact details (Tracking id: 19041718853213)

Shiprocket, the platform managing my shipment, has contacted me on the updated mobile number that I provided in multiple reattempt requests. Not delivereing the package

PNB sent the credit card via Delhivery on 22nd Nov 2024.
the lateset updated on the tracking page is for 29th Nov and it is at the same city, Its been 5 days that package is not moving ahead. Aslo, the customer care in not answering.
It is credit card and if they misplaces it, there is risk of financal scam.

The delivery executive has not been answering my calls as the package was out for delivery, he marked it not delivered by saying I was not at the location. As I was calling the person continuously to clarify, he blocked my number....

Pickup Issue

My return pickup for a product having AWB [ [protected]] was scheduled for 19/10/24. Your agent rescheduled the order for another day and didn't came on that day even. Then again he did the same thing and its the fourth day today and still my pickup is pending .I am facing trouble and need a solution for it. Parcel not getting delivered

Incorrect status updated for return to shipper

Booked from Birati to Chinsurah, order cancelled midway. Was supposed to be returned to shipper but constantly incorrect status is being updated. The package was picked up from my doorstep, why is the bottleneck here/. Why has no one contacted me and sent OTPs, how are they supposed to confirm OTP if they don't call? This is getting ridiculous....

Delay in courier

Hello Team,

This compalin is regarding courier AWB no. #[protected]. The courier was dispatched from Bangalore on 9 March (Via express delivery)and till now it has not been delivered.

I tried multiple times via IVR helpline to get a call but whenever I picked the call, the call was disconnected

I had ordered to deliver carton box (consumable) from Visakhapatnam to Roorkee since 1.3.2024, 3:30 pm through Delhivery Mobile App. Delivery Payment had been deducted from my UPI account ( please see attached photos for payment) but it has been shown processing AWB number (pending order) and i don't get any of contact, order confirmation or refund and resolving for my issue from Company side.
