I am writing to highlight an ongoing issue with Delhivery, which has caused significant inconvenience and potential monetary loss.

As this is ridiculous we have been tryinging to reach dehivery there is not customer service reply for the order no

It is promised to deliver by today 2 oct
I have to leave tomorrow to outof station it says on hold destination unable to receive.
Atleast give us the option to receive from the location it has reached.

    Package delayed and rescheduled without my knowledge

    I placed an order on 18th October and the expected date of arrival was 25th. Package showed Out for Delivery early on 23rd, so I promptly rescheduled it for the next day as I was not available on 23rd. On 24th, 25th and 26th October, they kept canceling and rescheduling my delivery saying the customer wasn't available when they did not even once call or reach my place. Its been more than 3 days and their customer support contact number...

    Pickup Issue

    My return pickup for a product having AWB [ [protected]] was scheduled for 19/10/24. Your agent rescheduled the order for another day and didn't came on that day even. Then again he did the same thing and its the fourth day today and still my pickup is pending .I am facing trouble and need a solution for it. I request you to reschedule my pick up again as soon as possible....

    Parcel not getting delivered

    My parcel with AWB #[protected] is not delivered even after 5 days delay. I have paid extra for express delivery but the parcel is getting delayed day by day. Their customer care service is pathetic. There is no option to talk to a customer care representative to tell me the status. They only send regret message everytime you ask for status of parcel.     They took money for express delivery and my parcel was supposed to be delivered on 4th oct . Then they said 6th and then 7th and now they say 8th . They are not cooperating and I think they are scamming me and will not deliver the parcel and they have done something with it . AWB[protected] .

      My parcel cancel of delivery boy for my Adhar card

      your delivery boy not give my parcel. I said my OTP but he denied and asked my ADHAR Card . So I don't give my Adhar card to his boy and return my parcel to my purchase shop. I ordered 4 parcel from Surat. All parcels are sending through your courier. What can I do?

      The return request was raised three months ago but no courier person came to pick up the item from Delhivery, pallavaram, Nagalkeni, chennai.

      Very worst customer service. Simply mentioning as customer not reachable and cancelled as per user request etc.

      One courier person have asked for money to return the item. Without money, he told would not take up the product back as it was not same as image. I never paid him a penny so the person rejected it. Then after that no one came to pick up that returned item.

      Strict action have to be taken on this courier person and management.

From the last 4 days everyday the parcel is picked up by the delivery boys and I am calling them to .. Eveytime they are says some cock and bull stories to me and finally updating that I am not available... They are useless and doing wrong updades.         I have had an amazon parcel delivered by Delhivery courier. He requested a 672 rupee delivery fee. I had already paid shipping costs as per my amazon order, and evidenced in my invoice. Nowhere did it state I would have to pay anything further. The box itself was damaged. Amazon confirmed I shouldn't pay more.
        Now I am getting threatening calls to my number ([protected]) asking for the money and threatening not to deliver any further parcels to me.
        I would like this investigated immediately and I do not want any delhivery couriers handling my items

          My order was scheduled to be picked up from Mumbai on 25th August 2024. This has been delayed for 2 days. On the app it shows pick up tried but I was never called or informed or anything.
          Delhivery forces me to download app to see updates on the ticket I raised on the website. I should have the option to view it there as well.
          There is no support staff that I can connect to only robotic responses.

            Delay delivery of a parcel

            We had send our courier on 14th August 2024 the estimated delivery time was said as 23rd August 2024 and now the estimated delivery is delayed and showing it on 28th August 2024. The parcel contains some important things that is urgently needed and food items that may get unusable due to the delay.At the time of booking they said it will be delivered 9 days....

            Delay in shipment, larceny

            Pickup date- 8 August

            Package has been stuck in Bilaspur, Haryana for so many days, still not showing signs of being shipped. They keep extending the expected delivery date. It was supposed to be delivered by 16th August. Contacted customer service, all they do is give the same reply, "please be patient blah blah, operational delays blah blah"
            Same seller sent me two packages, they were pickedup...

            I have received a damaged product from MYNTRA for which I scheduled a return stating the product is damaged.
            The return pickup was scheduled with DELHIVERY executive who has rejected the pickup 4 times without even verifying the product and forcefully obtained OTP for delivery.
            The company is constantly harassing me regarding the pickup of the aforementioned product.

              Incorrect status updated for return to shipper

              Booked from Birati to Chinsurah, order cancelled midway. Was supposed to be returned to shipper but constantly incorrect status is being updated. The package was picked up from my doorstep, why is the bottleneck here/. Why has no one contacted me and sent OTPs, how are they supposed to confirm OTP if they don't call? This is getting ridiculous....

The package was picked up from Bangalore Basavannagudi area on 28th July and reached the Destination Delivery Center in Visakhapatnam by 30th July.               Despite lodging multiple complaints through social media and their app, I have not received any proper response from their customer support team. Each time, the issue is flagged as delayed due to operational issues, but no concrete solution or estimated delivery time has been provided.

                Non Delivery ontime:Material perished

                AWB[protected] Parcel had been sent to Banaswadi Banglore on 17/ 7/ 24 which reached Hosekote on 18/7/24 evening. Initially ETA 21/7/24 Rescheduled 24/7/24.Querry raised Ticket made Talked to Hosekote facility staff but they did not bother to deliver.
                24/2/24 received a Email stating that parcel damaged/material perished so we are discarding.
                This is HIGLY unprofessional and gross Negligence of Hoskote facility.I fail to...

                  Hi Team,
                  I requested a online parcel pickup from Delhivery services to send a package from Bangalore to Jammu. It was scheduled to be delivered on 7th July but was delayed. The tracking details show it is still in bangalore till 5th July. There were no updates on the package. There is no direct line to reach the customer care and I am not getting any details on the whereabouts of the package. I'm highly concerned.
                  Moreover, I requested for cancellation of the package today on 10th July and it started showing delivery date as 1st Jan. this is a high matter of concern now. Please help me in retrieving my package now. There is no body who is picking up the call or helping
