complaint against delhivery courier non-delivery, wrong address shared, and safety risk

I am filing this complaint against Delhivery Courier Services for failing to deliver my package, which arrived at their facility on 22nd April at 1:33 PM. It has now been 10 days, and there has been no update or movement in the tracking status.

I tried reaching out to their customer support team multiple times, and only managed to speak to someone once after several failed attempts. Instead of resolving the issue, I was told...

No update of my order

I placed an order on FreeUp and it was picked up by Delhivery under AWB number [protected]. Since the pickup, there have been no further tracking updates, and I haven’t received any response from either Delhivery or FreeUp customer support. I would like to know the current status of my parcel and when I can expect the delivery....

Hello Team,

I am writing to raise a concern regarding a courier sent through the Porter application under the All India Services. I had booked a parcel delivery from Mira Road, Thane to J P Nagar, Bangalore on 29th March 2025. However, the parcel has still not been delivered. After multiple follow-ups over the past few weeks, I was informed today, on 18th April 2025, that the parcel has been lost in transit.This is extremely disappointing and has caused considerable inconvenience. I request your urgent assistance in resolving this matter. The parcel contains important items, and I need it to be delivered to the Bangalore address as soon as possible. Please find attached a screenshot with additional details regarding the booking and tracking.

    Shiprocket, the platform managing my shipment, has contacted me on the updated mobile number that I provided in multiple reattempt requests. However, Delhivery, which is the actual courier handling the delivery, is not even visiting the delivery location or calling me on the updated number. Instead, the delivery agent is simply marking the attempts as 'failed - customer unreachable.'

    They have taken the machine from LG and have not delivered it in 15 days. When you call to check shipment status they just say your number is not registered. The package shows out of delivery but the guy marked it as I am unable to pick it up. He might have kept it for his own use. Pathetic poor scam experience

        Respected Consumer Forum Members,

        I am writing this complaint to bring to your attention the unprofessional, negligent, and frustrating experience I have had with Delhivery regarding a double payment issue that has remained unresolved for the past 20 days. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have only faced harassment, false assurances, and lack of accountability from their customer support team.

        Issue Details:
        Date of Transaction: January 27, 2024
        Order Amount: ₹2, 449
        AWB Number: [protected]
        Query Reference No.: J[protected], J[protected]
        Mode of Payment: UPI
        What Happened?
        On January 27, 2024, I placed an order and attempted to make a payment of ₹2, 449 via UPI. While making the payment, the transaction status showed “processing” for about 2-3 minutes, and no amount was deducted from my account.

        Since the payment was not reflecting as successful, I asked for another QR code to make the payment again. The delivery person then called her senior and provided me with a different number to make the payment. I proceeded with this second transaction.

        However, upon later checking my account, I discovered that both payments had been successfully processed, meaning I had been charged twice for the same order.

        Delhivery’s Negligence & Harassment:
        Since that day, I have been repeatedly trying to get my refund, but Delhivery has been completely incompetent in handling my complaint. Here’s what I have gone through:

        Long Hold Times & False Promises: Every time I call customer support, I am put on long holds, only to be given false promises that my issue will be resolved soon.
        Ineffective Chatbot & No Response to Queries: The chatbot does not accept my comments, and my queries are either ignored or remain unanswered.
        No Direct Call Option: Delhivery has no dedicated customer care number. I am forced to raise a query every time and wait for a callback, which sometimes happens and sometimes does not.
        Repeatedly Explaining the Issue: Despite speaking to multiple representatives, including Md. Attar, Mandeep, Senior Associate Karan, and several others, I have had to explain the entire situation from the beginning every single time. Yet, no resolution has been provided.
        No Tracking of Complaints: There is no proper complaint tracking system. Even after 20 days, the ticket is not closed, and no one seems to take responsibility for resolving the issue.
        Possible Internal Fraud? Given the level of negligence and delay, I am beginning to suspect that this could be an internal fraud. How can a simple double payment issue take more than 20 days to resolve in this digital era?
        My Demands:
        Immediate refund of the extra amount I was charged.
        Accountability from Delhivery – Why has my complaint been ignored for 20 days?
        Investigation into the handling of consumer complaints within Delhivery to prevent such fraudulent practices.
        This experience has been horrible and pathetic, and I feel completely helpless as a consumer. Is this how Delhivery operates? Ignoring customer complaints and getting away with poor service?

        I sincerely request the Consumer Forum’s intervention to help me get my rightful refund and hold Delhivery accountable for their unethical business practices. i am also attaching the call history with the delivery agent with no. so you can match timing .

          Delivery agents extorting money

          I have ordered various products from Furlover website for my pets.
          The delivery agency was Delhivery for the same.

          The delivery agent primarily was very rude and said that we need to pay him 500 Rs in order to get the delivery. The shipment was prepaid and complete payment was done to the Furlover website.

            This company is full of frauds, my 2 COD orders were delivered and yet they have marked it undelivered. There is no customer service no. or support or reply on emails from there end. They are cheating the customers on daily basis. AWB No. [protected], [protected]

              I am filing this complaint against Delhivery for an unreasonable delay in delivering my shipment (Tracking ID:[protected]. The promised delivery date was December 17, 2024, but even after 15+ days, the shipment remains undelivered.

              I have raised multiple tickets with Delhivery, but each time I am given the same generic response to "wait 48-72 hours" with no resolution or clarity about the status of my shipment. The delivery date on their tracking system keeps getting pushed daily, and there has been no concrete action to resolve this issue.

              This level of service is unacceptable from a reputed logistics company. The shipment is urgent, and such delays have caused me significant inconvenience and frustration.

              Resolution Sought:

              • Immediate delivery of my shipment.
              • A formal apology for the delay and poor service.
              • Compensation for the inconvenience caused due to this unreasonable delay.

              I urge the concerned authorities to take strict action against Delhivery to ensure such incidents do not happen in the future.

                I have placed and order with foxtale on 11th December and it was supposed to be delivered on 14th December the delivery agent from “Delhivery” called me and said that he will deliver order through someone else. He hasn’t even delivered the order as well as there’s no update regarding the same and Added fake remark that I was not available

                  I requested pickup and drop off from Delhivery on 12th December for intracity delivery. They have received the package at their facility center on 12th December itself but it is still not out for delivery. I raised the ticket for the delayed delivery but did not get the satisfactory response. Now, I am also not able to send the message to enquire about the status.

                    Delhivery picked up two shipments for Goa on the same day.

                    It has delivered to this address many times before. Even so, I made the address more specific on 15th.

                    One was delivered on 16th of December. Waybill:[protected]

                    The other has still not been delivered and says it will be delivered on the 21st. WBN:[protected]

                    Delhivery has ZERO recourse. They change/advance the date of delivery and then call it on time. All complaint numbers tell you they are on time. There is nothing you can do.

                      My package with AWB {[protected] }
                      Is hold on greater thane for 5 days. The delivery date is 15 th. But till now it's didn't even moved a bit. Why always making us in trouble. I needed that urgently. They don't even have customer care number that humen talk., pre recorded voice response only. The shipment is on greater thane for 5 days and tomorrow 15th dec 2024 is the delivery date. Even though that's not moved from the origin itself
