Delhivery — AWB[protected] my parcel is not delivered

Dear Grievance Officer of Delhivery,

Please refer to the trailing mails from your customer support team, my order no
AWB[protected]. Till date my parcel is not delivered, everyday your customer support team is giving excuses by stating your complaint is registered and it is on top most priority.

customer support team is not responsible, till date i did not receive my package. My package is lying at my nearest location since 10-Nov-23.

I hope you will look into this matter seriously not like your Karan etc.

Iam going to file a complaint against your service.

Mr. Karan Grewal and other customer support representatives are irresponsible towards resolving this issue
