Delhivery Awb No.[protected] — Delivery not attempted but message sent as parcel returned as consignee not available

Delivery was not attempted for above consignment. Message was sent on 26/11 that delivery executive is out for delivery. When contacted him, he said he has not carrying my parcel as he is catering for other area.
Again o 27/11, Message was sent that delivery executive is out for delivery. When contacted him, he said he has not carrying my parcel as he is catering for other area.

Today on 28/11. message received that Parcel is retuned back as failed maximum delivery attempts.
I need this parcel urgently and is waiting.Please ensure delivery.
Also investigate in detail this incidence as this is issue of credibility.
