I had ordered the parcel from Surat, Gujarat to Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Order Date 13th sept, Delivery Date 17th sept.

We are on 23rd sept and there is no confirmation on the delivery, aslo there is no response or support for delhivery. I have called their lame ass IVR many time but all they say is there is a ticket and someone would get back.

My pickup order, originally meant to reach ranchi, was to be returned back to my house. The package was to arrive on 18th August. The delivery person agent calls me, asking my address that day. Later, I recieve no calls and the delivery attempt fails due to 'wrong address provided' despite the address being perfectly given. I wait for 10 more days for them to make another attempt despite the package being in the same city at 28th of August...

Awb [protected] it is clear that you have policy not to listen to customers.
Your delivery agents put fake remarks
5 days is post delivery is new rule. System didnot allow creating ticket from order page. Customer repeatedly states she didnot receive it. Remark is fake your pod image looks fake. Pl have more robust delhivery proof - either based on otp or have customer write his/her name with signature on aper sheet like...

Delivery not done but marked as delivered. receiever found the delivery guy and he told that the item has been delivered to wrong person. then he refused to help them get it and started being rude. his pictures were captured and shared with delhivery on ticket id J[protected]. But delhivery has not taken any action. we keep getting an automated response saying that we are looking into it. There is no escalation even for a serious case...

Delhivery is getting an LG order that we have to reject but the phone is not mapped to the order/ AWB. I cannot call the phone IVR because it won't let my call go through, I downloaded the app but again no support because of the phone issue. The last four digits of the phone on Delhivery.com tracking are incorrect. So, how will the delivery agent call me. And, I am reading that Delhivery does not require OTP. The package was picked up from Gurgaon and has to be delivered to Greater Noida but first the shipment got late and now every day the order status is updated "out to delivery" in the morning and "order delivery failed" in the evening. There is no actual way to reach the delivery guy, and no one even comes to deliver.
My order either has been lost or stolen. Please look into this Delhivery.

I placed an order for the resonate WIfi UPS through amazon and the bridge cable was missing so amazon helped raise a return request on 5th May. The pick up does not show up on the amazon app as it shows as "Will be scheduled by carrier" which is Delhivery.
The item was supposed to be picked within 3 days as per amazon but nobody did until yesterday so I called amazon and they placed another request to pick up the item and asked me...
