Delhivery — Bank KYC Document (AWB - [protected])

My bank had sent me a KYC document which was received at the Asangaon/Shahapur (Pin code - 421601) facility of Delhivery.
This service provider always refuses to provide door step delivery even for important banking documents despite charging the entire delivery fees.

I have encountered 2 instances with this guy (contact - [protected]) wherein I was to receive my cheque book which he asked me to collect from his godown 5km. away from my address.
Moreover, he asks for the OTP before delivering the product which I refused to give, afterwhich he starts abusing me on the phone rudely and says that "If it is not urgent to you, then even I don't care".
Immediately after this call, I get an SMS saying that "Delivery failed for Bank KYC package due to customer not found at location"

My Bank KYC document is still not received (AWB- [protected])
