Delhivery — Booked the delivery on 3 rd OcT, there is no tracking and updates

Package was booked on 3-oct, but from last week Delhivery site just showing pickup. They don't reply on mails or update tracking.

It is not the first time they are doing this. Everytime I face this issue and I need to return money to my customers because of delay in delivery. Delhivery should maintain the standard services which they are not following.
