Delhivery — Booked the delivery on 3 rd OcT, there is no tracking and updates

Package was booked on 3-oct, but from last week Delhivery site just showing pickup. They don't reply on mails or update tracking. It is not the first time they are doing this. Everytime I face this issue and I need to return money to my customers because of delay in delivery. Delhivery customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Oct 09, 2020 Updated by Er Swarn Garg Tracking ID[protected]. Still after sending mails and complaint over calls, tracking is not updated and no idea where my package is
