Delhivery — Change of product returned to Zara india before it reached the Warehouse

I returned a pair of Zara shoes to a courier. He opened the box and check the product in front of me. A week after the Zara customer care and Delhivery customer service tells me I sent an incorrect product and there will be no refund made for it. After calling them and trying to get it resolved they told me that all the investigation had been done and they will not be able to help me anymore.
