Delhivery — Charged did not provide service or respond to queries

Delhivery charged me for an express pick up and delivery. AWB[protected].
Initial order made 23/08/23.
They failed to pick up on given date, inform or update or respond to multiple queries. As this was urgent, I sent item by another courier. Delhivery shockingly not only failed to respond or reply but started making entirely FALSE CLAIMS that item was picked up and in transit and now claiming out for delivery.
