I am a resident of HIG Dx. 187, Katara Hills, Bagmugalia Extension Bhopal-462043.
On 8 December, 2021 at 12:41 pm a Delhivery delivery executive named Siddharth came to my house and gave me a QR code to pay for a COD order. Since I have multiple deliveries delivered via Delhivery for Amazon I paid to Delhivery via UPI an amount of Rs. 1946.50 after which he handed me the package for one Snigdha Shrivastava, a resident of MIG 187, Baghmugalia Ext.
I promptly returned the package to him and informed him about his mistake. He immediately called his superior and informed me that the deducted amount shall be refunded in 48 hours and took the package from me.
Since then I have been continually pursuing him via whatsapp and calls but to no avail. I have also tried complaining to Delhivery but haven't been able to connect to their toll free number nor do they have a complaint mechanism for this issue on their website.
It has been 6 days and my amount hasn't been refunded. I humbly request you to refund the amount incorrectly charged by you due to the mistake of your delivery executive and oblige or else I shall be forced to seek redressal from the judicial system.
