Delhivery — Clothes and personal items

As i have placed my order on 11th july for delivery my clothes and personal items from Gurgaon to Bangalore as per express delivery it should delivered by 15th july 2025. and it was showing same day pickup but pickup done two days late by 13th july 2025 and now i should get delivery by 16th july 2025. but still there is no updates and now in their app it is showing package will be delivered by 19th july 2025. they charged for express delivery but sending like normal delivery. not getting any response from company side. i don't know when i will get my package.
