[Resolved]  Delhivery — Company lost parcel

I placed order from creatoroffical on February 15, 2021 Order #13977 ..The Item was shipped through Delhivery Surface on February 16, 2021. Since yesterday I was notified via text messages that the package has moved out to deliver with the PIN, I got couple of those messages, also shiprocket emailed me couple of time that the package is out to be delivered.Delhivery Courier messaged me the package has been delivered. I emailed the Delhivery customer support and they are too saying hey have my signature on the proof of delivery without verifying the PIN. I have asked it to be sent it to me but I have no email response yet. I have attached below the messages I received from Delhivery and Nutrabay(PIN not disclosed) Also attached are the emails I have shared with Both companies.
