It is about my order from nykaa which was to be delivered through "delhivery". In the morning today i got sms from nykaa that my order is out for delivery, and also from the delhivery company with otp.
in the evening around 4 pm i got a call from the person who had to deliver my parcel to my office address. i had 2 minutes conversation with him, i told him to deliver the parcel on the reception counter as usual, but he denied. He was compelling me to come to main gate of the premises. I told him i m in office u please deliver it to the reception counter, i will collect it in the evening. He went back without delivering my order. And moreover, he sent an sms o[censored]nsuccessful delivery attempt as he could not reach my mobile no. This was a lie, he had a 2 minute conversation with me, screen shot attached. Nykaa also did not help me as i need my order today on 25.04.2022. As my issue was not resolved by nykaa, i tried to cancel my order but I feel so helpless and highly dissatisfied that the cancellation is not allowed. Now through consumer forum i just want to register my complaint against nykaa, Delhivery and the courier man whose mobile no. is [protected]
