I am filing this complaint against Delhivery Courier Services for failing to deliver my package, which arrived at their facility on 22nd April at 1:33 PM. It has now been 10 days, and there has been no update or movement in the tracking status.
I tried reaching out to their customer support team multiple times, and only managed to speak to someone once after several failed attempts. Instead of resolving the issue, I was told to self-collect the package from a location they provided. The location turned out to be a government school with incorrect coordinates, in an area that was unsafe and completely unfamiliar to me.
This is a gross violation of the basic service promised, and more importantly, it raises serious safety concerns, especially for women. It is not the customer's job to track down or collect a package that should have been delivered to the provided address.
Relief Sought:
Immediate delivery of the package to my address
Written apology from Delhivery for the inconvenience and risk caused
Strong action against the concerned local hub for their negligence
