I’ve been facing unacceptable delays with Delhivery’s service once again. My package was supposed to be delivered on 21st October, but it has been stuck in “Out for Delivery” status every single day since then.
Each day the tracking page shows “Network connection delayed” and marks the parcel as out for delivery, but it never actually arrives. I even called the delivery agent number mentioned on their website, but it’s a wrong or unreachable number.
Despite multiple complaints to Delhivery customer care, the only response I receive is “We’re doing our best to deliver your order” with no real action or update.
This is the second time I’m facing such an issue with Delhivery — earlier my Nykaa order was delayed for almost a month, forcing me to cancel it altogether.
I request immediate resolution, accurate tracking, and accountability from Delhivery for repeated service failures and false delivery updates. Was this information helpful? |
