Dear Consumer Complaints Team,
I am filing this complaint against Delhivery for their failure to deliver my shipment containing medicines for my grandfather and their complete lack of response to my queries.
Complaint Details:
Courier Company: Delhivery
Tracking Number: AWB[protected]
Expected Delivery Date: 24th March 2025
Current Status: "Out for Delivery" for the past 5 days, but never delivered
Issue: The delivery agent neither attempts the delivery nor responds to calls. Customer support has also stopped responding to my emails and calls.
Attempts to Resolve:
1. I have called the delivery agent multiple times, but they either ignore my calls or refuse to deliver.
2. I have raised issue on delhivery app and also emailed Delhivery support at customer.[protected]@delhivery.com, but received no response.
3. I have also tried contacting their customer care number, but there has been no resolution.
Request for Resolution:
I demand immediate delivery of my package and an official explanation for this unprofessional behavior.
I request consumercomplaints.in to intervene and help resolve this issue at the earliest.
I appreciate your support in resolving this frustrating experience.
