I had ordered to deliver carton box (consumable) from Visakhapatnam to Roorkee since 1.3.2024, 3:30 pm through Delhivery Mobile App. Delivery Payment had been deducted from my UPI account ( please see attached photos for payment) but it has been shown processing AWB number (pending order) and i don't get any of contact, order confirmation or refund and resolving for my issue from Company side. I have ordered a product from a store and have sent through Delhivery courier where it stated "order received for delivery"-Gurgaon on 1st, Nov, 2023 on the app and on 3rd, Nov, 2023 it stated "Shipment not available with merchant". Dear Delhivery team,

I am posting here out of frustration because my package AWB#[protected] hasn’t been delivered since last week. Every morning, I could see it was “Out for Delivery” and then after a few hours it said, “Shipment not delivered as our executive was unable to reach you”.

The issue is that on the app and at website the status of my order is showing delivered but I never received it, neither I received any OTP for it. Hi. I have booked a parcel on 12.09.2023 and selected the next day pickup and it was scheduled for 7 am to 7 pm pickup slot. But at the evening, in the app it was auto updated that the shipment was not ready for pick up that's why the have reschedules the pickup next day.. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and concern regarding an order that was picked up by your delivery agent but never reached its intended destination. I am unable to contact the Delhivery customer service number. I was able to connect with their contract person perfumes2order partner of Delhivery probably. Very poor response and even the Delhivery staff or agent assigned for my payback order was extremely pathetic and rude and harassing and Eve teasing me.
