I am writing to highlight an ongoing issue with Delhivery, which has caused significant inconvenience and potential monetary loss.

On November 1, I shipped a product worth INR 4, 000 from Delhi to Bangalore via Delhivery, expecting delivery by November 8. My return pickup for a product having AWB [ [protected]] was scheduled for 19/10/24. Your agent rescheduled the order for another day and didn't came on that day even. Then again he did the same thing and its the fourth day today and still my pickup is pending .I am facing trouble and need a solution for it. I request you to reschedule my pick up again as soon as possible....

Booked from Birati to Chinsurah, order cancelled midway. Was supposed to be returned to shipper but constantly incorrect status is being updated. The package was picked up from my doorstep, why is the bottleneck here/. Why has no one contacted me and sent OTPs, how are they supposed to confirm OTP if they don't call? Hello Team,

This compalin is regarding courier AWB no. #[protected]. The courier was dispatched from Bangalore on 9 March (Via express delivery)and till now it has not been delivered.

I tried multiple times via IVR helpline to get a call but whenever I picked the call, the call was disconnected

I had ordered to deliver carton box (consumable) from Visakhapatnam to Roorkee since 1.3.2024, 3:30 pm through Delhivery Mobile App. Delivery Payment had been deducted from my UPI account ( please see attached photos for payment) but it has been shown processing AWB number (pending order) and i don't get any of contact, order confirmation or refund and resolving for my issue from Company side. Have you not even seen my ticket? Why did you closed it without checking on Delhivery panel? I had raised the ticket because my package, which the delivery boy had already picked up, had no updates for two days. I have ordered a product from a store and have sent through Delhivery courier where it stated "order received for delivery"-Gurgaon on 1st, Nov, 2023 on the app and on 3rd, Nov, 2023 it stated "Shipment not available with merchant". Dear Delhivery team,

I am posting here out of frustration because my package AWB#[protected] hasn’t been delivered since last week. Every morning, I could see it was “Out for Delivery” and then after a few hours it said, “Shipment not delivered as our executive was unable to reach you”.

Hi. I have booked a parcel on 12.09.2023 and selected the next day pickup and it was scheduled for 7 am to 7 pm pickup slot. But at the evening, in the app it was auto updated that the shipment was not ready for pick up that's why the have reschedules the pickup next day..
