Bank KYC Document (AWB - 23345611986202)

My bank had sent me a KYC document which was received at the Asangaon/Shahapur (Pin code - 421601) facility of Delhivery.
This service provider always refuses to provide door step delivery even for important banking documents despite charging the entire delivery fees.

Have you not even seen my ticket? Why did you closed it without checking on Delhivery panel? I had raised the ticket because my package, which the delivery boy had already picked up, had no updates for two days. Shipment not available with merchant

I have ordered a product from a store and have sent through Delhivery courier where it stated "order received for delivery"-Gurgaon on 1st, Nov, 2023 on the app and on 3rd, Nov, 2023 it stated "Shipment not available with merchant". Shipment not delivered as our executive was unable to reach you

Dear Delhivery team,

I am posting here out of frustration because my package AWB#[protected] hasn’t been delivered since last week. Every morning, I could see it was “Out for Delivery” and then after a few hours it said, “Shipment not delivered as our executive was unable to reach you”.

I didn't receive my order from nykaa which was supposed to be delivered by delhivery company but still the status is showing deliv

I ordered from nykaa and delhivery was the assigned delivery partner for it. The issue is that on the app and at website the status of my order is showing delivered but I never received it, neither I received any OTP for it. Not picking up package on scheduled time.

Hi. I have booked a parcel on 12.09.2023 and selected the next day pickup and it was scheduled for 7 am to 7 pm pickup slot. Pickup Not Done and Falsely Updating Status

Delivery agent delayed and misrouted my delivery and harassed me
