I have ordered for the shipment of a parcel from 5th december, 2024. The app told that it will be delivered within 4 days. The next day a message popped up from their end that agent was assigned and he will pickup the parcel. I didn't get any call from the agent.
Later on the same day I got the message that it was cancelled and the parcel will be picked up next. This is repeating from past 4 to 5 days.
When I am trying to reach out the customer care number it is stating as " Error while reaching out"
So I thought of cancelling the order but it is not getting cancelled too.
I have raised a case there is no response also. The service is not at all good. I want my refund back due to the delayed delivery.

Please take necessary action on this.

    I booked a shipment with Delhivery (AWB#[protected] on 23 Nov 2024 for pickup on 24 Nov 2024. However, the pickup was delayed multiple times and finally occurred on 27 Nov 2024.

    The parcel, containing essential winter clothes, blankets, and a printer, arrived at Delhivery's Noida facility on 30 Nov 2024, the initial delivery date. Since then, the expected delivery has been delayed seven times (to 02 Dec, 03 Dec, 04 Dec, 05 Dec, 06 Dec, 07 Dec, and still not delivered). My shipment is repeatedly moved between Noida and Sikandrabad without any proper resolution.

    As a student, this delay has caused me immense inconvenience, especially since these items are crucial for the winter season. Delhivery's customer service is unresponsive, adding to my frustration.

      Not delivereing the package

      Address: 110030

      PNB sent the credit card via Delhivery on 22nd Nov 2024.
      the lateset updated on the tracking page is for 29th Nov and it is at the same city, Its been 5 days that package is not moving ahead. Aslo, the customer care in not answering.
      It is credit card and if they misplaces it, there is risk of financal scam.

      Dear Team,

      I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Delhivery regarding the non-delivery of my parcel with AWB number[protected].

      Since 21st November, I have been receiving daily updates stating that the parcel is "Out for Delivery." Despite contacting the delivery personnel multiple times, each of whom assured me that delivery would occur the same day, the parcel remains undelivered. Efforts to resolve the matter by raising multiple tickets with Delhivery’s support team have been futile, and no proper resolution has been provided.

      This repeated delay and lack of action from Delhivery are causing significant inconvenience, and I suspect negligence on their part. I kindly request your intervention to ensure the parcel is delivered promptly or appropriate compensation is provided.

      Attached are supporting documents, including tracking details and communication records, for your reference.

        Hi, I need help on this matter, I have been trying to reach delivery customer service, but got no response.
        I Have not received my parcel, but it's showing as it's delivered on Sunday. Where did my parcel go? The seller who had sent the parcel i had already raised a complaint, but got no reply from your side.Is this the way you people make money by stealing others goods ?? If not then I want a call back on this.

        We need to take legal step against you for sure .

          Hi,

          It's 11 November today. My Parcel left on 23rd October from Delhi. It was supposed to be delivered by 27th October. Ever since then there's only been delays and the delivery gets pushed by a day everyday and there has been zero follow up from company's end except these ridiculous automated replies.

          I have been very patient and have waited for almost 20 days now. This is the worst delivery experience ever. I need a response with specific details on their end asap.

            I am writing to highlight an ongoing issue with Delhivery, which has caused significant inconvenience and potential monetary loss.

            As this is ridiculous we have been tryinging to reach dehivery there is not customer service reply for the order no

            It is promised to deliver by today 2 oct
            I have to leave tomorrow to outof station it says on hold destination unable to receive.
            Atleast give us the option to receive from the location it has reached.

              I placed an order on 18th October and the expected date of arrival was 25th. Package showed Out for Delivery early on 23rd, so I promptly rescheduled it for the next day as I was not available on 23rd. On 24th, 25th and 26th October, they kept canceling and rescheduling my delivery saying the customer wasn't available when they did not even once call or reach my place. Its been more than 3 days and their customer support contact number also does not work or is made not accessible to consumers, making it impossible to reach them or lodge our complaints.

              Package has been delayed and rescheduled without even my knowledge or consent twice now.

                Pickup Issue

                My return pickup for a product having AWB [ [protected]] was scheduled for 19/10/24. Your agent rescheduled the order for another day and didn't came on that day even. Then again he did the same thing and its the fourth day today and still my pickup is pending .I am facing trouble and need a solution for it. I request you to reschedule my pick up again as soon as possible....

                I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent delivery experience and the lack of proper support I have received so far. My parcel, containing 2 sarees, 1 chaniya choli, appears to be lost, and despite my efforts to reach out, I have only received automated responses. Nobody has even called me regarding it . I have sent several messages to them over the course of last 20 days.

                package was sent from mumbai to bangalore on 4th october.
                Delivery date was 8th October
                Description of Parcel: (2 sarees pink & green), one chaniya choli, packed inside a bag (Grey colour) With tape on the zips.

                This issue has caused me significant distress, and I feel cheated by the lack of proper customer service. I expect Delhivery to act promptly to locate my parcel and provide clear communication about its status. If the parcel cannot be found, I demand full compensation for the items lost.

                  Parcel not getting delivered

                  My parcel with AWB #[protected] is not delivered even after 5 days delay. I have paid extra for express delivery but the parcel is getting delayed day by day. Their customer care service is pathetic. There is no option to talk to a customer care representative to tell me the status. They only send regret message everytime you ask for status of parcel.                   They took money for express delivery and my parcel was supposed to be delivered on 4th oct . Then they said 6th and then 7th and now they say 8th . They are not cooperating and I think they are scamming me and will not deliver the parcel and they have done something with it . AWB[protected] .

                      The return request was raised three months ago but no courier person came to pick up the item from Delhivery, pallavaram, Nagalkeni, chennai.

                      Very worst customer service. Simply mentioning as customer not reachable and cancelled as per user request etc.

                      One courier person have asked for money to return the item. Without money, he told would not take up the product back as it was not same as image. I never paid him a penny so the person rejected it. Then after that no one came to pick up that returned item.

                      Strict action have to be taken on this courier person and management.

                        I got one parcel from my company through Delhivery and the parcel reached the machilipatnam Pin-521001 ... From the last 4 days everyday the parcel is picked up by the delivery boys and I am calling them to .. Eveytime they are says some cock and bull stories to me and finally updating that I am not available... They are useless and doing wrong updades. Even some of the guys are asking me is it urgent, , , why u wan it so early.. I alerady waited more than 10 days and still the delivery didnot reach to me..

                          I have had an amazon parcel delivered by Delhivery courier. He requested a 672 rupee delivery fee. I had already paid shipping costs as per my amazon order, and evidenced in my invoice. Nowhere did it state I would have to pay anything further. The box itself was damaged. Amazon confirmed I shouldn't pay more.
                          Now I am getting threatening calls to my number ([protected]) asking for the money and threatening not to deliver any further parcels to me.
                          I would like this investigated immediately and I do not want any delhivery couriers handling my items

                            Seller Product COD Fraud

                            I have ordered a product from website name http://magicalhair.co item is magical red light therapy hair device but recived fake cheap power bank inside the package. Cost of Product 1499

                            As seller website only having COD option that was fishy.

                            As my order was COD can we please hold the payment to seller.
