Delhivery — Consignment not delivering to the quoted address | |||
I had a very bad experience with Delhivery courier services. They returned my consignment (Debit card) back to the sender with false status saying "Consignee not available". They supposed to deliver the consignment at doorstep but they forced me to collect it from somewhere else. which is not possible all the time and the staff is very rude, they affront say that if you don't collect in next 2 days we will return the package with status "Consignee not available" and they did return it. This is the AWB tracking number:[protected] for the package, the customer service also not responding promptly. After this again I requested my banker to resend it, they agreed and posted again, the AWB tracking number is[protected], this time also they are repeating the same, not bothering about customer concerns or not responding promptly.
