Delhivery — Correction/Verification of Tracking ID LRN[protected] for Amazon Return Shipment Order ID[protected]

Dear Delhivery Customer Support Team,

I am writing to request your urgent assistance in verifying and correcting the tracking details for my Amazon return shipment, as Amazon has been unable to process my refund due to a discrepancy in your tracking record.

Details of the Shipment:

Order ID:[protected]LG Air Conditioner)

Return LRN / Tracking ID:[protected]

Courier Booking Date: 14.10.2025

Courier Agency: DEHLIVERY – YUDHISHTAR DHARM AGENCIES B2BR, Balotra

Consignment Details: Both indoor and outdoor units of the LG AC

Courier Charges Paid: ₹3, 000

Delivery Status: Delivered to Amazon Seller Services on 22.10.2025 (as per online tracking)

Amazon’s customer support has informed me that the tracking ID[protected] is showing as invalid with missing weight details, and therefore, they are unable to process the refund.

I have physically visited your Balotra office, and they have confirmed that the parcel was delivered, but Amazon’s system still does not reflect this.

I kindly request you to:

Verify and confirm the delivery details for LRN[protected], including the delivery date, consignee name, and weight.

Issue a formal delivery confirmation letter or proof of delivery (POD) on your letterhead, mentioning the correct tracking ID and shipment details.

If there was any change or mismatch in the tracking ID in your system, kindly share the correct tracking number that was used for delivery to Amazon Seller Services.

If the tracking ID remains the same, please coordinate directly with Amazon Seller Services to ensure that the delivery is reflected correctly at their end so that my refund can be processed.
