Dear Delhivery team,
I am posting here out of frustration because my package AWB#[protected] hasn’t been delivered since last week. Every morning, I could see it was “Out for Delivery” and then after a few hours it said, “Shipment not delivered as our executive was unable to reach you”.
Is this a bot behind the scenes updating the status or was there actually a human doing it? Because, I didn’t get any call whatsoever, and even the sender tried to complain multiple times, but to no avail.
On top of that, there is no customer helpline to call, and the number mentioned on your website only the shipper can raise the complaint.
Please look at this issue seriously and fix the loophole in your service. I can’t reach out to customer care, there is no email, no human contact information to reach, and no delivery center information was available on Google as well.
