Delhivery is one of the worst courier services I have ever come across. They never deliver on time and most of my parcels have been delayed without any proper updates or communication. Their customer support is unhelpful, and it is very frustrating to keep waiting for orders beyond the promised delivery date. A logistics company should value time and trust, but Delhivery fails at both. I do not recommend relying on them if you expect timely...

I had ordered the parcel from Surat, Gujarat to Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Order Date 13th sept, Delivery Date 17th sept.

We are on 23rd sept and there is no confirmation on the delivery, aslo there is no response or support for delhivery. I have called their lame ass IVR many time but all they say is there is a ticket and someone would get back.

My pickup order, originally meant to reach ranchi, was to be returned back to my house. The package was to arrive on 18th August. The delivery person agent calls me, asking my address that day. Later, I recieve no calls and the delivery attempt fails due to 'wrong address provided' despite the address being perfectly given. I wait for 10 more days for them to make another attempt despite the package being in the same city at 28th of August...

My shipment with AWB No: [[protected]] has been facing issues from 04/08/2025 to 18/08/2025.

From 04/08/2025 onwards, the tracking status was showing “problem we are highlighting.”

The expected delivery date kept changing every single day.

On 18/08/2025, the status was suddenly updated to “Return” without any information to me.

Awb [protected] it is clear that you have policy not to listen to customers.
Your delivery agents put fake remarks
5 days is post delivery is new rule. System didnot allow creating ticket from order page. Customer repeatedly states she didnot receive it. Remark is fake your pod image looks fake. Pl have more robust delhivery proof - either based on otp or have customer write his/her name with signature on aper sheet like...
