My courier with AWB[protected] and a returned courier with AWB[protected] is getting delayed by Delhivery without a proper justification. There is no contact number where we can reach them and check for the status. The online portal have not been updated from last 3 days.
The reason company is giving is they have booked a huge courier and they are not able to handle the load now and the shipments will be delayed without a proper deadlines date.
It is getting frustrating because after raising lots of queries also not getting reply from the company. It company is not capable of handling the loads then they should not have booked so many couriers. Was this information helpful? |
