I had sent a parcel (AWB[protected]
) through this courier company . Company had informed me that receiver is uncontactable so it not possible to deliver the parcel . I requested them to hold the shipment and they agreed with a timeline of 48-72 hours .
within 24 hrs I requested them to deliver the shipment at company's reception
mistakes done by courier company
1) they did not wait for 48 hrs as agreed by courier company and returned the shipment to origin (Nagpur)
2) they did not even return the shipment to me and updated their system that shipment has been returned to customer.
3) When I requested to provide the corporate office number to send the legal notice . they are not responding to the emails
Desirable resolution
1) I need my shipment back
