Delhivery — Credit Card Not Delivered - AWB[protected]

I was supposed to receive a Credit Card from RBL Bank via Delhivery courier and I got a message saying that the has been delivered on 24th July 2021 around 06:50 PM. However, I have not received any Credit Card from Delhivery and I have raised multiple complaints on the same but there is no response from Delhivery yet.

The strange part is that I haven't got any call from the Delhivery agent to ask for the Delivery Code to deliver the Credit card. I want Delhivery to call me on my no as soon as possible as there is no Customer Support Number available. This is the worst and pathetic service from Delhivery and not sure to whom they have delivered the card.
