Delhivery — Damaged my shipment

I booked two shipments using shiprocket service to send the boxes to Tamil Nadu. The courier used was Delhivery.

The boxes are from ikea which are the strongest boxes used for packing. The product cost of the shelf sent is Rs 9290.

After receiving the product from ikea I packed it again with clean wrap and placed several fragile stickers.

Please see below pictures and video. Attached picture is before shipping and after shipping what has happened.

Neither does Delhivery courier want to take responsibility nor does shiprocket.

When it comes to refund Delhivery courier will bring the best sort of reasons which even a dead man will begin to laugh. Once we hand over the package to Delhivery courier, it's their responsibility to ensure it reaches safely.

The Delhivery packaging slip no is AWB:[protected].

I provided all the pictures of before and after to Delhivery and they have refused to help me out.

Updated by Shah.s It's been over 11 days Delhivery courier has not bothered to resolve the issue. Several emails sent and you get a standard reply we are looking into it. When the negligence is caused by them, they tend to become deaf and dumb.

Time to boycott Delhivery courier.

Updated by Shah.s Guess what Delhivery now tells that enough packaging was not done. So you are telling me a 5 ply box is not strong enough. This is an eye opening for everyone using Delhivery. Do not use them if you plan to get any compensation. Boycott Delhivery.

It was a big mistake, choosing Delhivery courier. They damages my product and just sent me a mail still you want this product or not. It was a printed I don’t understand how they have completely damages my product.

Do not use Delhivery courier
It’s CUSTOMER support team is also ### they just talk rubbish. Delhivery is ### don’t use.
