Delhivery — Damaged Parcel

I was searching for courier service on 20-June-2022 to send my parcel from New Delhi to Rudrapur during that time I got call from Delhivery company(A lady I don know her name) for servicing my need & they requested that they will definitely help by picking the parcel from Railway station and deliver t Rudrapur.I accepted their request and didnt search for any other parcel companies.My flight was on 21-June-2022 from Coimbatore to Delhi Via Chennai.My flight timings was like 10.10AM from Coimbatore and destination reaching time was at 04:20PM. The parcel was to pick from Railway station by myself only.I communicated them that I will reach Junction at 17:30 and send the pick up person in the same time so that the parcel can be easily picked.

But what they did is like they sent pick up person at 4.00PM and the lady is trying my phone from 4:00PM to my mobile.I couldnt understand how network will be there in flight.I reached Delhi at 4:20PM and I spoke with her.She is shouting like anything in the watsapp voice msg & I have her recorded voice in the watsapp with me.Very, very poor and ridiculous in speaking.

I reached railway station at 5:45PM.Atleast I spoke with her many times during the way to Railway station.After many challenges I took the parcel from Railways and gave to pick up boy.The very weird thing is pick up boy also shouting on me.I handed over parcel to them on 21-June-2022 at 06:30PM.

The parcel reached my location(Rudrapur) on[protected] at 3.30PM.Guys I don know it will take only 5-6hrs time to reach Rudrapur from Delhi.But the Parcel took 4 days to reach the location.They commited on Thurday[protected] but it reached on Saturday[protected].2 days delayed.I literally frustated by talking with that Lady and one fellow from logistics.

After receiving the parcel I saw the condition of the parcel. Really one of my trolley damaged completely.I couldnt use again the same trolley.I neatly packed with white bag during giving to the pick up biy.During receiving there is no white bag on it.
