We have booked (AWB number(s): [protected]) with Delhivery for a local return order through the client panel assigned to us on 6th August 2022. They manifested the booking and never turned up for 4 days, then we complained to their customer support, and finally the next day they arranged for the pick-up (11th August 2022). After the pick up until now, we have not received the product/shipment. We raised the complaint again to their customer support on 23rd August 2022, and we received an email stating "We are really sorry for the inconvenience caused. Please wait we will arrange the delivery on priority." but until today we have not received the product, but the payment for the shipment they have already deducted from the wallet on the date of booking itself. Even after repeated complaints, they are not ready to deliver the product to us. Such pathetic service providers.
