My package was out for delivery on 6th and 7th August, but it did not get delivered on either date. The delivery executive marked the reason as him being unable to reach me although I did not receive any calls and was available the entire time at the provided address. I raised a complaint with Delhivery and talked to a support representative who assured me that they would take the matter up at the earliest and get it delivered the next day. The delivery wasn't done on the next day as well (8th Aug) and no updates were provided to me either. There is no way to reach out to them apart from logging complaints which get added as comments to your ticket, but there doesn't seem to be anyone working on resolving the tickets. Absolutely atrocious service from the company.
I would again like to ask the company to reach out to me and get it delivered asap.
