Dear Snapmint Team,
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction regarding my recent order (Order ID: [39504086]). Despite raising multiple complaints (5–7 times), the product has not been delivered.
Today, I personally called the delivery executive, Mr. Lipu Mahapatra ([protected]) Time(5:05 pm), who clearly stated that he does not want to deliver the product. This is unacceptable.
I have not received any callback or resolution from your team. I request immediate action to ensure delivery or initiate a full refund.
Kindly treat this as urgent.
