Delhivery — Delay in Delivery - Pathetic CU response

March 10th 2022 - Picked up from Ranchi to be delivered at Bangalore.
Until today 26th Mar 2022 no update from Delhivery Team/ customer care.

Reached out to them via emails, same response as in they will escalate, look into the concern, bloody common templates rather giving an ETA.

Please help me get my shipment delivered.
