Delhivery — Delay in document shipment

I couriered my mom's medical documents from the Coimbatore location to the insurance company in Bangalore on May 3rd. Still, the shipment is in transit. TRACKING ID:[protected]. It is a prepaid one. it is an important document and it has to reach there this week and no response from the core team.
