Delhivery — Delay in Order Delivery

My order was supposed to be delivered
between 29-30/09/2022 but not delivered
yet. Tried to contact them via mail or call but
no response received. When I mailed my
issue they sent an autogenerated mail
which asked me to share the query on their
website, I am trying to raise a complain from
past 3 days but they are not responding
anything in back.

I'll not be available at my address after
05/10/2022 that's why I order early but I am
stuck now with there poor services.
