This is my tracking id on delivery and the package was scheduled by me to pick up on 1st of Nov. I had made the payment for the same on 31st October and received the confirmation mail.
But now its already 3rd Nov night 11:11PM and nobody has come to pick up the order. Already I have submitted complaints on customer care. the ticket tracking id is 68455034.
I have to send the product back to the company (from which I purchased the product) within 3 days after receiving the order. And the 3 days begin from 1st Nov as otherwise the company will not give me the refund of Rs 4000. As soon as I received the product on 31 Oct 23, I did not like the quality and submitted the pickup request on 31st evening only.
Because of Delhivery's negligence, I am about to loose my money. please help Was this information helpful? |
