Delhivery — Delay servicing

I have deposited my percel 2nd sept morning at santipur delivery courier. They cofirm me that percel will reach from santipur to kolkata in 2days, i. e 4th sept, 2020 but today still now(5th sept)my percel has not reach in destination. Then i have call my courier saervice at Santipur, but he has rude behave to us. So kindly notice this problem and get the solution as early as possible.
