I am writing to file a complaint against Delhivery Service regarding the delayed delivery and subsequent return of my package without any communication or attempt to contact me. The tracking number for my package is[protected].
I had placed an order with Boat company and they selected Delhivery Service as the shipping carrier. According to the tracking information, my package was out for delivery on 5th April 2023, but it never arrived at my address. I waited for several days, but there was no update on the tracking status and the package did not reach me.
I tried to contact Delhivery Service through their customer service helpline, but my calls went unanswered and my emails were ignored. After several failed attempts to get in touch with them, I finally received an email notification from Delhivery Service stating that my package had been returned to the retailer due to non-delivery.
I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional behavior of Delhivery Service. They did not make any effort to contact me or inform me about the failed delivery or the return of my package. This has caused me inconvenience, frustration, and financial loss as I was eagerly waiting for the product I ordered.
I have tried to resolve the issue with Delhivery Service directly, but they have failed to provide any satisfactory response or resolution. Therefore, I am seeking your intervention and assistance in resolving this matter. I request the Consumer Court to take appropriate action against Delhivery Service for their negligence, lack of communication, and failure to deliver my package as per their service commitment.
I have attached all relevant documents, including the order details, tracking information, and communication with Delhivery Service for your reference. I am seeking compensation for the inconvenience, mental agony, and financial loss caused by Delhivery Service's actions.
