Delhivery — Delayed delivery and false information updated on portal | |||
Dellhivery waybill no.[protected]. This parcel shows reached delhivery local station on the 10th . I have ordered the item for my office and it is a costly item. The parcel is addressed to company and delivery should be attempted in office hours is common sense There is no contact number of local delivery office and I am raising tickets on website from last 3 days. On the portal they have updated 1. delivery attempt @ 8.07 pm client not contactable on 12th Jul @ 8.15pm 2. OTP not available on 13th Jul @ 5.46 pm No attempt was made for delivery but they have updated wrong information on the portal and delay the parcels Was this information helpful? | |||
