I have had bad experience with this particular carrier way before the pandemic when I had to literally call up someone and nag them to pick up my return item as they had delayed it for days and I had to leave the state. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought it was just a one time thing only for it TO HAPPEN AGAIN??
This time it's been over a week and there's no attempt made to pick up the item. The email support only reverts with "we've requested a priority pick-up" and still no one shows up after days. When contacted again they throw another ### response saying "heavy rainfall" when the sky was clear for days!! Absolutely ridiculous!

Disappointment is the only thing I've received so far. Both the time it was an H&M item so I guess it's just bad omen at this point. It's very inconvenient and a huge waste of time and energy. Was this information helpful? |
