Hey, Delhivery support team,
I ordered a product that is extremely important to me. So the seller sent it via air (express delivery). According to Delhivery, the product will be delivered by January 3, 2023. However, I tracked it today and discovered that the product was delayed due for an unforeseen circumstance. I need it very urgently; please do something. Please don’t change the delivery date, and please say what’s the point of sending the product via air, as a duty to your entire team. You all must prioritise Air Express products.
