Delhivery — Delaying the order

They are just delaying my order one day they are showing delivery by 8 th October than again 9th and 11th and now again 12th October. my order has been stuck in guwahati from 9th they are just delaying it.they have not sent it to Kaliabor and there customer care service is worst I'm getting no response at all.its an important parcel and i urgently need it
